Before it was hard to apply the topical to the scalp, but since they changed the nozzle applicator it has made it way easier. I'm using it now on my hairline (which has stopped receding) and taking the other 2 as a precaution.

I started using this around 9 months ago and after about 3 months I could see it was making a small difference. First the hair got thicker and stronger and overall just looked healthier. Then a few smaller hairs started to form around the hairline. I'm not a big fan of minoxidil which I had used before, this suits me better.

I have tried some different topical products and the hairguard one is what works best for me since the smell and texture is not a problem and where I use it on the crown of my head has seen some density improvements.

I'm a student who can't always eat the perfect diet. I was worrried that I was deficient in some minerals and nutrients and that was causing my rather alarming amount of hair to fall off my head. Its been about 2 months since I started these and I am quietly optimistic it is helping, but still too early to tell for sure. Lets wait and see but fingers crossed.

To anyone that used the old formula and miss it, you do realize that the ingredients that most people that came to like in the old formula (peppermint oil, rosemary oil) can be purchased on the cheap and added into this bottle. It may take some tinkering around and though the company may not advise you adulterating, it wouldn't hurt asking customer service if they can share how much of said ingred...
