Glad to see hairguard are offering a dermaroller with actual needles as opposed to the stamped metal ones you find on amazon. Worth the extra cost in my opinion.

High quality construction and titanium needles help keep it sharp and clean. Make sure you clean yours properly though, as you don't want to risk irritation or infection.

My scalp definitely feels less tight and my hair strands no longer come out as easily, for example when I run my hand through my hair there are less hairs. So I think it's working but it's still easrly days

So far so good after 4.5 months. My hair loss has completely stopped and I'm seeing new hairs along my frontal hair line. Difficult to tell about my crown because I can't see it directly. Ill continue to use it every day.
