For me, the Growband can and should be used as an adjunct treatment. It will makes other treatments more effective, imo, via reducing scalp tension and boosting microvascular blood supply. Its not a pure fix. And it will take a long time to work if used alone. But as a hair loss product I think it has it's place. I used mine for 6 months, only a few times a week, but my scalp laxity has increased ...

So I have been following the Hairguard instructions to not Shampoo more than once per week and use only Luke warm or cool water. I also stopped using my other Shampoo, and started using this one. 3 months in my scalp is actually looking a lot healthier, less greasy and feels thicker. Much preferred over the previous stuff I used to use which was just some generic Shampoo from the supermarket which made my hair totally thin and floppy, I really love this. Only downside is the size of the bottle which is a little small for the price, but heyho, it helps so can't complain too much.
