The whole scalp tension theory seems a bit farfetched, but I decided to give it a go because of the guarantee. I can definitely notice my hair is thicker and there seems to be much less hair fall after 3 - 4 months of use

I've used all kinds of different hair growth shampoos and this one appears to be the most natural by far, which is good because my scalp is very sensitive. Happy with it so far despite the slight apple cider vinegar smell.

The growband has worked for me, I can feel a lot less tension in the top of the scalp and the result has been a good improvement in hair coverage in that exact top area. Personally I would not especially recommend to use the growband alone, it's meant as more of an adjunct treatment, but in any case it has helped improve my hair loss.

For me, the Growband can and should be used as an adjunct treatment. It will makes other treatments more effective, imo, via reducing scalp tension and boosting microvascular blood supply. Its not a pure fix. And it will take a long time to work if used alone. But as a hair loss product I think it has it's place.
