I bought this for my husband who has been thinning on top for a couple of years. I decidd to go with this because I was a reader of the blog before and wanted to try hairguard. My husbands hair loss has definately been slowed, stopped and possibly even reversed. I honestly didnt think it would make this much of a difference. Could it be a placebo effect? use it with min and or fin. That's my advice. Can work as a complimentary adjunct treatment, but not really as a standalone.

Besides my hair looking a bit better there are a few other improvements I noticed since I started with this product. Such as skin and sleep improvement. Hard to tell if they are related but it does seem to be.
