I have been following along with the hairguard protocol for a while now, and in particular improving my gut health. I felt like after a long course of antibiotics my hair lost a lot of its usual shine and thickness. Amazing, thicker fuller hair. Also helped with my dandruff which I think was due to scalp overtightness. There's definately less tension around the perimeter and I've been using only half an hour a week.
