So I have been following the Hairguard instructions to not Shampoo more than once per week and use only Luke warm or cool water. For me, the Growband can and should be used as an adjunct treatment. It will makes other treatments more effective, imo, via reducing scalp tension and boosting microvascular blood supply. Its not a pure fix. And it will take a long time to work if used alone. But as a hair loss product I think it has it's place.
