I never normally bother to leave reviews but since I started taking these about 2 or so months ago my hair has grown a lot back to almost full volume. My hair was getting so wispy now it has more volume and diffuse thinning has slowed or stopped completely.

4 months now without missing so much as a day. Not noticed a huge change tbh however it's still early days and it was also a very stressful time due to unforseen events which might have caused excessive shedding if I hadn't have used the hairguard products.

I can tell a difference to the density and quality of the new hairs coming through. My gut and skin also are better which is due to the probiotic I expect. overall I am happy.
