I used to take this during the day time but, after doing some research, because my sleep was off due to suspected elevated cortisol levels, I decided to try and take this in the evening maybe 30-60 minutes before bed and it immediately helped me ease into sleep, and sleep through the night. I can’t say enough good things about this tincture!

This Lemongrass grew to be a healthy, chest high plant in full sun. It smells wonderful and is a great background to smaller flowers and plants. Every plant I have ordered from Heartsong Herbs has been healthy and thrived.

The care and respect that Dana has for the medicinal plants is so lovingly apparent in her work as well as her teachings. In this workshop, she shares the technical knowledge of growing/harvesting plants, as well as energetic concepts and understandings... the best of both worlds in my opinion. I always look forward to receiving your plants. They are always so vibrant and lush giving them a healthy start when putting them in the ground! I enjoyed growing this Rama variety of Tulsi and love the rich fragrance given off by the whole plant. Made me happy mixing it into tea blends with Tulsi Vana and Tulsi Kapoor and enjoying the differences in flavor.

Mimosa flowers are may be my favorite thing to look at and smell in the summer. I can't even imagine how many mimosa flowers it takes to harvest a bottle of this magic but it definitely has the essence and energy of mimosa- called the happiness flower- for a reason! Thank you Heartsong for this wonderful medicine!

Not only is Lion's Mane one of THE best options for brain support our there, THIS lion's mane came straight from the earth and into the tincture bottle. You can even taste its potency and power by the earthy and thick consistency of the tincture. There's many studies to be found on how lion's mane supports cognition and clarity, this tincture is the best I've found that does just that!

This thyme is perfect for a culinary garden or pot close enough to the house that you can snip some for some fresh herb flavor. This will be the fourth year I added thyme to my potted herbs "garden", fantastic flavor!
