Heartsong Herbs puts out excellent products. I buy multiple tinctures. Their Mimosa is great in the morning with coffee. And "Sleep Easy" tincture mixed with Tea helps me get to sleep at night. I haven't been using it long enough and am not 100% sure it makes me less sad (more happy?.....which is why I purchased) but I think it does.....and besides, it is pleasant - fragrant, fresh/crisp/clean in smell and taste (though subtle in water) and I have every intention of continuing it.
