The service works beautifully. It does what I need it to do, without sacrificing too much internet speed. I had previously tried NordVPN, but I was never able to get the speed above dial-up, even with their assistance. I wish I had known about HideIPVPN from the start. It's a service definitely worth paying for, tech support is responsive and effective, and it's been very reliable.

Well, following my review several of the techies got in touch and after finding out one crucial bit of important information which no one had told me ( vpn had to be switched off on all devices and smart dns works through local IP address). It has all worked perfectly. Yaaay! Happy, thanks.
