Works well and easy to set up once you know how! Not being a technophobe it wasn't clear to me whether I wanted just the one server to link to or which of the two protocols I needed. If the instructions were easier I would have given a 5 rating. But, the response from the customer service team was extremely fast so initial problems were handled quickly and efficiently.

I'll say it loud and clear. I switched to hideipvpn because of its tech-support. I do think that they are not as fully covering, content-wise, _yet_, on the SmartDNS front as some competitors, but... the responsiveness and the availability of its tech-support and the ultra-quick turnarounds of its engineering team gives me all the confidence in the world that they will get there soon. Very soon. ...
