I'll say it loud and clear. I switched to hideipvpn because of its tech-support. I do think that they are not as fully covering, content-wise, _yet_, on the SmartDNS front as some competitors, but... the responsiveness and the availability of its tech-support and the ultra-quick turnarounds of its engineering team gives me all the confidence in the world that they will get there soon.
