HideIPVPN has worked fine for me right from the start and that was at least two years ago. Whether or not they can really hide your ip and whether or not they don't keep logs and don't release your search information to the authorities is well beyond my area of expertise. They say it does and I really hope so for the sake of people who have need of that service.

They have helped me set up " special " vpns and their response time is fast once you open a ticket. The web site is very user friendly and their tutorials are easy to follow.
