I use HideIPVPN to access alpine ski events that are never covered here. A corrupted file on my OS prevented the vpn from working. After contacting HideIPVPN's customer service the cause of the problem was discovered and quickly fixed by one of their technicians in a most pleasant and efficient manner. Much appreciated.
