This is a thick balm, and I have only used it for a week or so. I need to give it some time—and of course it is washed off with all hand-washing these days. But used at night, it might be most useful. Seems dry and tube felt empty. But one must dig a bit and warm it if necessary to get the substance out.

While the product seems to be helpful, the delivery system is quite annoying. I have to soak in hot water before using and so little comes out. Not sold on it.
