Would recommend to anyone spending the entire day in front of their computers. This desk won't replace your regular desk if you need monitors, keyboard etc. but it does allow you to take your video calls, answer emails etc. The benefit is being able to stand but also not work from the same place every day which can get boring and tiresome after a while.

High quality desk and comes with a very sturdy tripod that can also be used with a camera. You can also buy an attachment on Amazon and replace the desktop with an iPhone or iPad. Useful for FaceTime and streaming video.
