I was roped in by their Instagram ad and it’s the first impulse buy from a social media ad that I have had good luck with. The product is fantastic and the tripod is very well made. Definitely worth the cost. Also, the customer service is A+. I dropped the top and broke one of the laptop stops and the company sent me new ones no questions asked. I’m a happy customer.
