My horse has been on Visceral for a couple of weeks - I haven't noticed any positive changes, but probably too soon to tell if the product is making a difference. He is also taking [redacted] - I am hoping Visceral will aid and maybe replace the [redacted] for [redacted] treatment. I really like the combination of ingredients in this product.... but have a hard time getting my mare to eat it...she did eat it for two months.. but decided she will not eat it now. I know it would be be good for her...just cannot convince her of that

Have trouble getting any of the three horses here to accept this on there meals. Love the fact that it has high DHA versus having the ALA from flax oils- it just has strong smell and possible taste that the girls here don’t enjoy.

My horse alway trouble with gut sounds because I couldn’t get him to eat enough during a 50 mile. Since I use visceral he is eating better and we have gut sounds at the vet checks. Love the tubes too I can bring them and give it to my horse during a loop but sometimes hard to get it out of the tube. Have to find something for that. The visceral did not seem to help him which leaves me to believe his physical reaction, which could have been interpreted as discomfort from [redacted], was probably not [redacted] . (As a desperation, I also tried a month of , which is said to make an immediate difference if [redacted] are present. There was no change with that, again suggesting that his discomfort was not [redacted]) So it is not fair to rate it. I love what is in AminoTrace but only one out of all my 20 Boarding horses would eat it without mixing it with something else.

The product has a good effect… when your horse eats it. I don’t think my mare is particularly picky (she’s a Canadian, so she eats pretty much anything), but she won’t eat it. And when I tried to add some water or applesauce to the Aminotrace so she might have more interest in it, it turned like a moist sand texture, which is seems really worst than just the bare pellet form. And it kind of make me angry because the description of the product says “Fussy eater? AminoTrace is formulated to be extra palatable, to make getting the appropriate nutrition into your equine companion easy and enjoyable!”…

After 6 months my 3 horses doesn't one eat it anymore

Very disappointed to find that MadBarn has added what would seem to be unneccessary ingredients to what was a relatively simple single supplement. My old 1kg bag contained only distillers grain and wheat midds in addition to the Biotin itself. A newer bag had added distiller's dried grains, dried yeast, dextrose (!), rice hulls, and calcium carbonate. What purpose an artificial sweetener in a product that previously tasted like.....grain, which horses tend to like? Rice hulls sure sound like filler to me. And not sure what benefit is attached to calcium carbonate. Needless to say, I returned the product and won't be buying it again.

The product was shipped very quickly, however my horse will not touch his special feed with the product in it.
