Horses needed a carrier to find it palatable, but once they adjusted it’s been great. Their coats look better than ever this spring and their feet are just as good without additional hoof supplements that their old diet required :)

My mare was diagnosed with PPID July 2023. She’s was started on Prascend. The drug caused adverse behavioral issues so stopped Prascend in January 2024 and started Chasteberry. Her latest blood test this April showed an ACTH reading of 14.3. So for now, chastberry seems to be helping. Her behavior is back to normal and we are back to riding.

Excellent customer service! Item arrived quickly. Herba smell great. Horse loves them. The mad barn veterinarians provided a thorough complimentary feed and diet assessment also. Love this company!!

Customer Service is outstanding. My horse refused to eat this product. Maybe should have tried the pellet. Went back to old stand by, he's at least eating it.

Very Happy with the Results on our Mare, Nyx, whom recently had a baby! Last year she developed light respiratory problems. The Mad Barn W-3 solved the problem and she looks fantastic.

I received a ton of info & suggestions. Unfortunately the only thing that seems to help my insulin resistant mare is soaking the hay, which just isn't feasible in winter. One suggestion which was to add straw to her hay so she would have more to eat and not stand for long periods with nothing to eat, unfortunately did not work. One handful was fine, but as soon as I added another handful a week later she colicked. Tried increasing again after another week & she colicked again, so although it was a great idea, it won't work for her. She is an extremely fast eater that is very good at hay nets & even a 1" hole net doesn't slow her down much. She is doing well, she's just not very happy due to limited feed & having to be kept by herself.
