Many owners said it helped their horse with Fecal water syndrome (FWS), also known as free fecal water (FFW) or free fecal liquid (FFL), is a condition in horses where they pass normal, solid feces, but also expel liquid feces (water) either before, during, or after the solid feces. My white Arab mare has had this for years. Her tail was blackened and her bum was always covered in fecal matter. I tried many things but without success until I purchased optimum which cleared it up. She is so much more comfortable in herself now, no more sore bum and gross shitty tail. I now have it on subscription. Love that it gets delivered straight to my door. Mad barn is very reliable and I’m grateful that I found something to help her.

I purchased Mad Barn Probiotic on the advice of my vet when my horse went off her feed. She also had Diarrhea and was quite lethargic for two days. My mare's condition resolved quickly and there has been no recurrence of gut issues. As she is 24, I am thinking of adding Mad Barn Visceral to my mare's feed, but I have been advised by Fran, a Mad Barn nutritionist, to discontinue the Probiotic if I decide to add Visceral.
