My Andalusian horse Arador did not like the Amino trace plus, and he would normally just sniff his hay cubes which had the supplement in them, (even if I only put a 1/4 scoop in with his food) and just turn away from his food and refuse to eat it, and he loves his food. With the 10 amino Trace samples I was given to try I was not expecting him to like any of them, and when I started him on sample 1 , I was surprised that he ate it especially with the full scoop per feeding. Distinctive Bay, known as Eddie in the barn, is a 2013 OTTB who only raced a total of 8 times before being retired due to being a ‘roarer’. Originally purchased to be a sales horse, Eddie quickly displayed all sorts of potential and talent. Eddie was given the winter of 2016 off and started up in the spring as a lanky 4 year old. He came with us when we went down to North Carolina for a few weeks in the spring and did miles and miles of hacking and even began jumping a few tiny cross rails.
