Great product - my vet has indicated that if I am feeding spirulina regularly, I only need to use antihistamine for acute allergy symptoms, like hives, since spirulina is so effective. I only wish that it came in different and larger volume packages - I order 3-4kg at a time and the envelopes can be a bit tricky to empty because the spirulina is so dark and fine.

Horses eat it just fine, and it's one of the more affordable forage balancers. I still have to add quite a bit of cu/zn as well as protein. Horses do fine on it, just wish it had higher levels of cu/zn and amino acids. I know they have Amino Trace+ which has higher levels, but I don't like the inverted calcium to phosphorous ratio.

I have not had a consultation before so I have not g to compare this too but your nutritionist was VERY patient and very responsive to all of my questions and I had a lot of them! Thank you for providing this service, I learned a lot!

Great experience. The only thing I would change would be to have a hard copy of the hay analysis for my records. I usually test my hay through Nutralytrical in Calgary and have the complete analysis. I received the notes regarding the protein and NSC and a suggestion for supplements which I am following. The process through MadBarn was very helpful 😁 Thank you for this special service. My horse was on the Omneity for 2 months. While I didn't see any improvements I am sure they have helped him. Just as important, he happily ate this supplement.
