The final followup after I submitted the hay analysis was lacking. However overall, Hailey was very patient with me and I am a high maintenance person. No fault or criticism with Mad Barn or Ms. Schoefield. I ended up hiring a professional nutritionist on a one year contract. She recommended MB and I've ordered from you already.

I think it is helpful but my horse doesn’t like it. It takes all day to get ½ dose down him.

Seems like a great product but I could not get my horse to eat it. I gave it a month with a small amount to start but never progressed and have almost the entire bucket left.

I really can't tell if it's doing anything. It's only been 2 months, so I'll carry on using it for now

This is a nice product but my mare would not eat 3 scoops of powder. Too bad it is not offered in pellet form.

The product is good, but very messy. Pellets would be better. One of the reasons I was buying your products was for the customer support, which was good for the first time. The second time I was grilled by the person who answered the phone and then I had left a message and after two weeks of no response, I sent a Facebook message. I was told that her dog had died the day that I called. I certainly felt sorry for her, however she should have had someone as back up. For now, I will not be ordering and looking for another source for my horses and ponies.
