We purchased this young mare last fall, and she has proven to be a bit of a harder keeper. I consulted with my veterinarian about a few of the Mad Barn products and chose the ones appropriate to her. She had an exceptional first year travelling to the amateur rodeos in Canada, and held her condition well. Qualified for two rodeo associations finals and was feeling fantastic. I have also used some of the other products on a handful of our other performances and have yet to be disappointed in the results I was trying to achieve!

I was given my mini as a companion for my lonely mule, he is going on 30 yrs and your products along with your care and advice has turned him into a new little horse. He has heaves and was severely emaciated and one year later, he has a new body and vibrant life! Thank you Mad Barn

I started using this product this summer with my 19 yr old PSSM1 mare. She has always exhibited resp. stress (heavy breathing out of proportion to the level of exercise) when trail riding up hills or perhaps an easy canter in the arena. That has absolutely corrected itself with the use of AlCar. She now can be exercised and ridden like a normal horse. What a joy! Thank you to Dr. Kellon for the suggestion.

I put my sweet gelding on Chasteberry because he had several symptoms of PPID but barely tested positive. He is also IR. After 4 months, he looks and acts better than he has in several years. I feel that the Chasteberry has had quite an influence on his improvement. I also feel him Amino Trace +, and added Milk Thistle since a hair analysis indicated he had toxic levels of several heavy metals. These Mad Barn products have my 22 year old horse acting like a 12 year old. I am beyond thrilled!

Great product I think it helped the mares feet

I have 2 Icelandic geldings, named Falki and Loki. The health and wellness of my horses has always been of upmost importance. Falki is 25 years old and has some health issues, primarily insulin resistance and cushings. For the past 6+ years, Mad Barn has manufactured a custom mineral mix specifically made for me to complement my hay analysis. As well, I've also used various other products available from Mad Barn. I feel Mad Barn has played a key role in helping keep my horses happy and healthy. I have always been pleased with the quality of their products and their customer service is excellent. On occasion when I've had an issue with delivery of an order ( I live in a very rural MB location), Scott has went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved in a timely manner.
