Several weeks ago I spoke with your office who agreed to refund me 50% of the cost of a Omneity Pellets and w3 Oil as the products did not work out well for my horse. Naturally I cannot find my notes to tell you with whom I spoke. I have not seen a refund on my credit card. Would someone give me a call? 843-258-2800

I make up my horse's food for the week because I cannot be at the barn every day. He stopped eating for four days (no one told me) because of your supplements in his food. When I gave him his food without the supplements, he began eating again. I had to throw a week's worth of food away. I still have the bag sitting in my living room. I'm not sure what to do with it.

This stuff is great. It is the first mineral supplement that my horses will actually willingly eat, and allowed me to significantly decrease the amount of grain I had to feed to coax them into consuming their supplements. I love that it is low NSC and low iron as well, a great option for my metabolic mares
