An absolutely wonderful company all around. The products are great, and the customer service is phenomenal. They truly want what's best for the horses. My gelding is IR and had been on AminoTrace for about a year, I did a diet analysis and they recommended I switch to Omneity as it suited my hay better, and he's been doing amazing (he's in the attached photo)! l I called in to ask about if their electrolyte would be safe for an IR horse (most are flavoured with sugars and therefore unsafe) and got a call back from the founder himself, because the nutritionists were busy and he figured he'd take my call personally instead of make me wait. He ended up telling me not to buy their electrolyte as it wouldn't be safe, and it means the world to me that he'd be honest about that and do the best f...

I love everything about Mad Barn. It just makes sense and the company wants to do the best by horses! Their customer service is also amazing. They are so detailed and take as much time as needed to help.

My senior boy has cushings and arthritis. I submitted his feed analysis and switched him over to all mad barn products. I found giving the oil with msm as suggested by the nutritionist, has helped with his clicking. Unfortunately I had to go back to camelina oil for a jug because everyone was out of stock for the w-3 oil. I notice just in the time I used it, his clickiness came back. Not sure why people gave one star just because of the packaging. All I did was buy a big enough jug that has a nozzle/spout that opens/closes. Just that simple, no mess and it’s easy to measure the product! The review is how the product works. I think it’s great for my guy, he loves his food and never leaves anything lol.

I have been feeding several mad barn products to my mare for over a year now. Huge improvement in hoof quality and overall condition. My picky mare eats all the supplements without issue. I also love the amount of information they give about each one of their products and the customer service is top notch. I will be a long term customer. Very impressed with the quality of all the products I have used.

I'd like to let you know about our purchase of  Visceral. We are a 12 year old non profit horse rescue and sanctuary. Last winter we took in an abused and neglected Welsh pony/paint cross mare. She came in with diarrhea and nothing worked. Flagyl worked for a few days, we tried bio-sponge, slippery elm, the vet just gave up Her legs were sore in the back from always being wet. We were told about Visceral, put her on it and the diarrhea is GONE. Just like that.

Dove, my Shetland pony/Miniature Horse suffered from diarrhea squirts during fall, winter and spring months especially in the last 3-4 years. Her filthy tail bag required daily washing, I washed her legs and tail frequently each week. She would have the squirts for about 10-14 days and then it would stop for 4-5 days only to start up again. I dreaded winter. According to the vet, diarrhea squirts are a common problem in the Lower Mainland of B.C. due to the wet growing conditions for local hay crops with the quality of hay varying greatly even from the same field. This winter there has been no diarrhea squirts since starting Amino Trace+. My only problem now is that Dove has put on weight due to better digestion! Dove is a dapple silver colour with a blond mane and tail. In the summer she...

Super Brat will be 24 years old in April 2022. Last summer he lost a lot of weight/muscle due to his summer heaves. As he has PPID with his only visible symptom being loss of topline muscle I had little hope of gaining the weight/muscle back. I started him on Mad Barn's three individual amino acid supplements and Omneity Premix in September. While it took a couple of months for him to really show the weight returning, in December his chiropractor noticed stronger muscling over his loin and hindquarters. A month later the chiropractor said Brat's muscles were even stronger and she had to put a little more effort into the adjustments as there was now something to push against. I have previously tried an amino acids supplement without any noticeable improvement. I am very happy with the res...

I’ve been feeding Mad Barn products for over 1 year to my 2 geldings. I use Omneity pellets, Omega-3 oil and Digestive Aid for 1 and more recently Visceral for the other. They’ve been doing great on those and will keep them on permanently. I just wanted also to comment on the great customer service from Mad Barn. I had recently purchased a bag of Omneity that wasn’t the same quality as the one I had purchased in the past . It was very dusty , so I sent Mad Barn a message Tuesday afternoon along with some pictures. Within a few hours, they had replied and offered to ship a replacement bag. They send it Wednesday from Ontario and was on my doorstep at 7:30 am Friday am. Kuddos Mad Barn <3 Happy customer and happy ponies!
