This is a great product. I’m ready to refill my stock! My horse is back to being sane, has no residual soreness, and has his thinking cap on when working!

Monosodium phosphate is the only way to balance our rations - much appreciated! There is a remarkable excess of calcium compared to phosphorus in our soil, forages and (every) ration balancer we've added to the analysis, and the imbalance would be amplified for those on a feed or alfalfa hay due to caloric needs. This may be the only remaining, reliable and palatable source of phosphorus (without calcium), since Uckele seems to have ceased producing it (company was sold in 2023). A word of caution: not all soils and forages are imbalanced in the way ours are, so do your homework: get a representative sample of your soil(s), forages and any feeds (more than once), check the NRC tables, and do the math - consult your veterinarian and/or find a qualified nutritionist -- before adding this o...

One of our mules had intermittent diarrhea and we couldn't figure out which one or why. Since using the Omenity pellets and Optimum Probiotic, their tummies seem to have settled down and we aren't finding big, loose plops in their field. This seems to do the trick!

Great product but cannot repurchase as the packaging and dispensing is just too difficult and messy to deal with. Especially at a busy boarding barn, I don't want to task the staff with dealing with messy, oily measuring cups (I also feel that the full dosage does not make it to the grain being transferred in a measuring cup?). It feels like steps backwards in the equine supplement world- (unfortunately) now am trying to find a similar product that comes in an easy gallon with a pump. :( Super disappointed as I do love the product itself.

Too bad expensive to buy when shipping cost is almost the same as product cost..:

I am so pleased with the product quality and customer service from Mad Barn! I wanted to switch my 7yo OTTB over to a forage-based diet but wasn't sure where to start. We had a free nutritional consult with Sophie, who was so friendly and helpful on the phone - she spent as much time as I needed to answer questions and go over details, and followed up promptly with written analyses and plans. We followed her instructions for a mix of Mad Barn products and some of our existing supplements. The new protocol saves me $50/month, and my horse is doing really well on it. With the mix of alfalfa pellets, Omneity, W3 oil, MSM, salt, and a gut supplement, he has quiet but forward energy, and has performed really well during our summer heat wave. His hooves have been surprisingly good with the dry w...
