It's just that my horses will in no way eat the product I ordered. I'd planned to reach out earlier but have so much going on. I do REALLY appreciate the levels of minerals AND love that you provide the breakdown on so many feeds. That is a far and above service. If you have any ideas on how to make the product palatable I'll try them.

Rarely any more do you get customer service that is polite AND prompt. This company does. As far as the product, I trust what’s in the bag is the true thing and not mixed with unnecessary things. My horse had less allergy reactions throughout the summer. His weight was easier to maintain (a much too easy keeper), and he didn’t reject eating it daily. I will be purchasing this item again. Satisfied customer.
