My impetus for initially getting a nutritional analysis for my horses was because one of them suffers from enviornmental and food allergies since being imported from Iceland. The equine nutrionist was very helpful in identifying where my horses' nutritional needs were not being met, and identifying where could cut extra calories. Not all suggestions were MadBarn related products. This made me very feel very confident that they were looking after my horses' best interests and not just trying to sell me products. I am happy to report that my horses' feet have never been stronger and healthier, and my one horse who also used to have difficulty breathing in work doesn't have those issues anymore. The final followup after I submitted the hay analysis was lacking. However overall, Hailey was very patient with me and I am a high maintenance person. No fault or criticism with Mad Barn or Ms. Schoefield. I ended up hiring a professional nutritionist on a one year contract. She recommended MB and I've ordered from you already.

My horse’s diet was analyzed by Fran. I am extremely pleased with Fran’s professionalism, knowledge, and expertise about nutrition. She looked very closely at the current feed and supplements that my horse is on and made recommendations that made sense to better his feed plan. After putting him on the supplements and larger amounts of grain per day, I have seen an immense improvement in my horse’s weight, coat, and personality. Overall, my experience with Fran was fantastic and I will ask for her specificity in the future if I need any guidance for my horse.

Love Mad Barn and the help I’ve received from the nutritionists! They truly care about horses and work to build a fully comprehensive plan for your horse. My mustang is thriving on their supplements and feed recommendation ( Unbeetable Forage Based Pellets) I recommend Mad Barn to everyone!
