Amazing customer service! My TB's diet was submitted and the nutritionist got in touch with me by email less than 48 hours later with a complete comprehensive analyse and suggestions. I was pleased with the regular follow ups and the fact that they analyse every feeds, not just theirs. Of course they recommend their products (which are wonderful) but they are not pushy.

Even though a brand new recipe is great it would be nice to have a recipe that transitions from the actual feed to the new feed, keep the client's current feed and add to it, clients sometimes have several 20kg bags of commercial feed that they want to finish or just balance before switching to totally different feed.
