The oil itself is fine. After consulting with the nutritionist about potentially adding oil to the diet, I placed a one time order as a test. I liked the natural vitamin E and Omega 3 source even though I'm not a fan of using oil because of the mess it tends to bring. Since this oil didn't come in a jug that required a pump, I thought there would be less dripping and less over shooting that pumps can have. On appearance the packaging is smart. The outer box can be recycled. The bag inside seemed to ensure all or most of the oil would be dispensed. The hand openings on the box make it easy to carry.
