Sophie is a 17 year old chestnut mare that landed in our barn a little over a year ago. She started to have longer and longer heat cycles. It got to the point that her hind end was constantly covered in the black tar like substance that gets left behind with a mare is like this. From just below the dock of her tail to the top of her hocks was sticky stench. We had to bath it off constantly. She stunk and was not pleasant to be around. We could not even take her on a trail ride, if there was a male horse on the ride also. Sophie had to let them know she was a mare by stopping and squirting numerous times along the ride. We pastured the geldings on the other side of the property, but Sophie could not even walk down the shed row past a gelding without stopping and squealing and leaving a disg...

OK so I'm just updating my testimonial. I had originally reported I could not get the gelding that I really wanted on this supplement to eat it. So I started feeding it to my other gelding who will eat anything and in 6 months I really noticed a difference in him, no more hay belly, he was on Omniety before so he had already improved overall but I'm impress with the hay belly situation. And in the mean time I continued to get my fussy eater to eat it, he is now up to 1/4 of the daily recommendation so I'm pretty happy with that. I hope to gradually increase that to full daily does over a long period of time. But Its worth the effort !

I just ordered my first month's supply of Mad Barn products today and feel it necessary to leave a testimonial already about the AMAZING customer service. I emailed back and forth a few times and then had an hour long phone chat with Elissa this morning. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We discussed the needs of all 11 of my horses individually and reviewed the dosage for each product I ordered. I'll be starting my entire herd on Omneity pellets as soon as my order arrives. I'm excited to find a product that will meet all of their vitamin and mineral needs on a minimal grain to grain-free diet. A few of my older, harder keepers will be starting w3 oil as well and one mare that is showing some ulcer-like symptoms will be starting Visceral +. I look forward to sharing another t...

My 10 yr old Canadian x gelding was diagnosed with uncompensated IR one year ago. Laminitis, Grade 3/5 lame on right front turning to the right, fortunately no rotation on radiographs. Implemented emergency diet, improved but still noticeably lame to the right into the summer. Started him on the jiaogulin herb and Amino Trace in August. Noticed a huge improvement in 2 weeks. He has remained sound with diet management ( thanks Mad Barn for helping to balance the ration) and regular trims. His coat looks fantastic, Im seeing more hoof growth, and he is full of energy. During our last cold snap( -30C) he showed no signs of cold induced laminitis and has remained very active. Amazing products.

My horse has suffered with ulcer and general irritability during saddling for a few years. I tried all the remedies including omiprizole. It would work for a while and then right back to square one. After trying visceral for one week I was blown away. Zydego’s coat became softer, his irritability was gone. His whole attitude changed and I was thrilled. I had him retested for ulcers,NEGATIVE! I love this product and it will always have place in my feed bin. Thank you Mad Barn

My twenty year old Welsh cob mare has gut issues in the fall when she comes off pasture. Fondly referred to as “mucky butt”!!! I have tried Omperazole with no success at all. Thank goodness I saw the Mad Barn post on Facebook. I emailed them my concerns and an equine nutritionist got back to me with a recommendation. I ordered Visceral and Omneity, the order came quickly. That was two weeks ago and already there is an incredible improvement. I am so impressed, I will definitely be a repeat customer, can’t thank the people at Mad Barn enough.

The products speak for themselves and I love the Visceral+. Great customer service as well. I received a shipment that had a broken seal and the supplement was wrecked. Received my new shipment two days later. Great staff to deal with.
