Sometimes you can learn a lot about the heart of a company by what they do when things go sideways. Mistakes happen, and in this case the wrong form of a product I buy on subscription was delivered. I emailed Mad Barn’s customer service and Camryn responded quickly, apologized for the mistake and made it right. More than right, actually: she went above and beyond. Madbarn is top notch in helping and supplying your horse with the most effective supplements. My mare came to me as a four year old off the track, grumpy, eaten up with ulcers, not all that friendly. She had raced her early life and then thrown to auction down south. Very malnourished and ready for a soft landing this girl sky rocketed in less than 6 months. She is an awesomely bred mare with names going back to secretariat, Seattle slew, bold runner and storm cat. I got my sweet Abigail at the end of February this year and began introducing soaked alfalfa pellets, Mad Barn’s Omneity, W-3 oil, and the Optimum probiotic to her diet. 5 months later, and she’s looking better than I ever could have imagined! Her coat is so soft and shiny, her hooves are growing well and I’ve noticed less cracking, her gut is healthy and she’s really stating to gain muscle! Thank you so much MadBarn!
