I had my horse on Visceral for just over 3 months. I started it right after 45 days on [REDACTED]. I bought a 5 lb bucket to start,then an 11 LB bucket, then a 5 LB bucket. When I got the 3rd bucket, my horse refused to eat it. I contacted Mad Barn and the incredible customer service team immediately sent out a new 5 LB bucket. My horse would not eat that one either. The customer service dept handled everything perfectly. Unfortunately, my horse was done and there was no changing his mind. Sadly, a few weeks later, I had my horse scoped because of some bad behaviors and he had developed [REDACTED] again.
