Excellent product and service

The product is fantastic & my gelding who has skin issues/allergies stays on this pretty much year round. The new packaging is terrible. It doesn’t work with a pump. The bag is an awful design that I can’t see how it’s more environmentally friendly when the jugs were recycled and this goes in the garbage. I’ll keep using the product but, hopefully the package changes back!

Very satisfied with customer service, reduce price on your product when choosing the option for te-occurrence and best of all free delivery. It appears she is eating it but too early to know however if she does not like it that is not your fault! Product has everything in it for her need. Thank you

Mad Barn has great customer service, ships out on time, and my metabolic horses are doing well on this formula. My gelding didn't appreciate the taste at first so I just added it in slowly, gradually upping the qty and hat seemed to do the trick.

Since adopting our OTTB in January, we researched different supplements to aid in his growth and development – we chose Mad Barn and are thrilled with the results. I adopted an 22 yr old gelding who was having troubles with diarrhea, I've tried a few supplements but nothing seemed to make it go away. At first my gelding didn't like the taste of this supplement but he would eventually eat it when he realized he wasn't getting anything else, he now eats it no problem and his diarrhea has seem to have cleared up. I will be keeping him on this as I do not want it to return. Great supplement.

I just can’t say enough great things about this company! Excellent products and excellent customer service. My order last week was missing a box when it arrived. I love this Oil, but the new packaging is a disaster. I used to put a pump on the old packaging and it worked great. Now I'm emptying the pouches into other containers and it is SUCH A MESS. I lost a 1/4 of the oil on the floor. I get that you want to reduce the amount of waste, but at least the other containers you could feed right out of and reuse. When feeding to multiple horses it is hard to portion out of the pouches. Also, the oil on the bottom gets all hard and chunky in this pouch. You can shake the hard containers with some water to mix it up but not this. Please fix the packaging!

Unfortunately, neither of my horses would eat this supplement. I have one picky eater, however, my other one who will eat anything refused his grain with only a few pellets of this supplement added.

The Optimum Probiotic does all it says and more. I bought it originally for one of my donkeys who was recovering from a severe illness and had been on a lot of medication. I now have all 3 horses and 2 donkeys on it daily and have no issues with stomach upset or loose stools. They all look wonderful, which indicates to me that their stomachs are working well and optimizing their feed. And an added bonus is that the service was great and I received the product quickly. Highly recommend!
