I believe this is a good product, but very pricey if you have to give more than the recommend amount. We have been using it for about 60 days. Our 31 year old gelding is a picky eater. We mix it in with his feed, and he eats it fine. He seems more energetic. I am not sure about the weight gain just by using this oil. We had been giving him about 150 to 180 ml per day and it did not seem to make a big difference, but him holding his weight. It does work well with adding freshly ground flax seed (about 1lb per day), and now we added the Optimum Digestive Help, so he can make better use of his feed's nutrients. We hope to have to use less of the oil in the future, once the Optimum Digestive Help kicks in.What I would like to suggest is that this oil be sold in actual jugs with a 30ml pump, so...
