I have a young gelding who ended up needing 3x rounds of ulcer treatment, we also concluded he was experiencing hind-gut-acidosis. Even after treatment, he had become so grouchy and aggressive. At one point, he was un-handleable and I wasn't sure how much longer we could bare to see him so uncomfortable.
