As far as I know, the product is doing the job, but the fine powder form is wasteful. I am going to switch to a product that is pelleted or liquid.

My gelding is currently in training and was starting to look dull and not keeping weight on well. I had used this product with another gelding in a similar situation and he thrived on it. He regained his weight and built muscle. I was really pleased with his results so I decided to try it with the 2nd gelding. I couldn’t be happier with the results again. This guy is looking great now. He is the perfect weight and looks fantastic. From now on, I plan to put my horses on this product whenever I’m making a big change in their routine.

I originally bought this to improve my horse's allergies, as her eyes weep and crust a lot. After about a solid month of using it, her eyes still weep, but there's a lot less irritation around them and her other skin issues have improved greatly. In combination with her other madbarn supplements (jiaogulan, w-3 oil, omneity), her skin, coat, hooves, and inflammation have improved. She is less cresty, her fat deposits have lessened, and she looks very shiny and healthy. She does not like the taste of the spirulina, but I toss her supplements in with soaked teff pellets in place of grain and this masks the taste very well. The w-3 oil also helps!

I started giving Visceral to my young quarter horse after treating for possible ulcers. I really didn’t know if it was doing any good until I ran out of it and decided to see how he would feel. About a month later I realized that he just seemed unhappy, grumpy, and started objecting to the girth being tightened. His diet hadn’t changed with the exception of the omission of Visceral. I decided to order it again and he has been on it almost a week and his attitude has already changed for the better! He seems more pleasant when being ridden. His tail isn’t swishing and he seems more comfortable at the lope. He’s still a little girthy but even that seems to be improving after being back on Visceral for less than a week.
