I believe it was September order that was unformed pellets/powder.😕 This is all Aramis uses for supplements so wasn’t good. August order was unsealed. Hoping our next order is like our first order.

Your product & reliability is 5 star. Shipping with Canpar is a nightmare. Sometimes I have not received my product for 3 weeks and have had to make multiple calls. It crosses my town twice as it leaves your production site.

I purchased this product because I really like the formulation. However my horse wouldn't eat it, and when I contacted Mad Barn, was told that this is a common problem with the product. It was suggested that I add molasses, which didn't help. Because I'm at a boarding facility, I'm having to pre-package my horse's supplements and introducing Amino Trace + a tiny bit at a time. After 2 months, my horse is still picking at his feed if it has more than a teaspoon worth of the product. Enhancing palatability of the product would be very helpful.

My mare refuse totally to eat the product, so I had to sell it to an other personn... Not your fault! ;)

Love this product for my horse with hoof issues. At first they didn't like it but now they choose it over other food

I love it.. I just wish my mare did. Takes a LOT of feed doctoring to try to hide it. Wish it was tastier for her. It has done wonders to help her develop healthy hard feet after a bout of laminitis and her chestnut coat is so much shinier, darker, and she even has dapples! If it could be made much more palatable it would definitely be worthy of 5 stars! Unfortunately most days I’m lucky to get half a dose into her.

I’m sure it’s good stuff, but one of my horses refuses to eat it, even with slow introduction, and my other one grudgingly eats it…so have given the rest to my friend and am back to my original, Omniety

I have an IR gelding who will eat anything, but he will not eat amino trace. If I mix it into his mash he will just leave it all ?
