I write reviews for two reasons: great or terrible. Mad Barn is unusual for a horse -related business because they operate like an actual business as opposed to the "passion driven small business" paradigm we are so accustomed to in our industry... meaning the well-being of the horse and the customer is the priority as opposed to the priority being about the needs of the small business owner/manager. They know what to focus on pursuant to achieving their goal: user-friendly website that one doesn't have to burn mental calories to navigate (select a product, learn about the product, and pay for the product), fair pricing, loads of information about the different products in language that doesn't require a Masters Degree in Animal Sciences/ Equine Nutrition to understand, great custo...
