My EMS horse readily takes this supplement. I am hopeful it will help balance his insulin and other metabolic problems. He is overweight !

Works well. I switched from 3 amigos to this at the recommendation of my farrier and body worker, plus I thought it suited my horse better based on description. I have seen no difference in him since making the switch - which is always a good thing when dealing this my particular horse.

Mad Barn’s AL-Carnitine has helped my mare’s cresty neck soften and start to diminish. Great product!

I’m not sure if it’s helping or not to b honest. Have to mix it into wet beet pulp for horse to eat it I wish I had more definitive information
