We had a little issue with the W3 oil we purchased at our Feed store and Mad Barn replaced it at no charge!! They were extremely awesome to deal with! Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again!!

I have not used the product for long enough yet to know if it's helping her hooves yet or not, but I can say that the customer service is beyond EXCELLENT!

We’ve had our mare on Optimum Digestive Health since we purchased her last year. She came to us with consistently loose, runny manure, which her previous owners said was normal for her. Our vet suspected it might be fecal water syndrome. After about three months on this supplement, we saw a significant improvement—no more loose stools, and she’s been solid ever since. It’s made a huge difference in her overall comfort and health. Great product!

Good service

So this product did not change my mate's loose stool. I wouldn't recommend this product. I did receive A LOT of emails, TOO many emails from this company. Not impressed.
