Our mare suffered through laminitis and we believe the high iron in our water is partly to blame. Mad Barn is an important part of keeping her sound. Our hay is tested to keep her starches low, and Mad Barn supplements balance her nutritional needs in a formula that she loves to eat. Thank you Mad Barn for the great service too!!!

Wow this is pretty amazing mineral. My 2 horses have been on it for 3 weeks and I see such a change in their coats. My Palomino’s legs are turning really dark and his dapples are showing more. My sorrel is looking more chestnut now. I haven’t seen much change in their hooves yet but I feel that will come in a month or two. I did have trouble getting them to eat it at first. I soaked them and mixed them in with alfalfa pellets or cubes. Now they will just eat the mineral as is.

I can’t get over the difference in my mare since putting her on Visceral . Ensuring overall gut health is critical in making sure she is comfortable and able to perform at her best. Visceral was peace of mind that her gut is working properly front to back. Her top line filled out considerably, she’s not cinchy and she never leaves a meal unfinished. One of our favourite products from MadBarn!

I have my hay tested each year and as per Dr. Kellon, the Amino Trace is a very good mineral balancer for my horses. I am also super impressed with the ordering process. Generally after I have placed an order I receive the product within 2 - 3 days which is amazing. Christine

I have both of my horses on Amino Trace Plus. One mare in particular has always had poor hooves. I wish I had came across this supplement sooner. She’s been on it well over a year now and now that her hooves are fully grown out we are seeing a difference! Hoof quality has increased and her hooves are growing like weeds! Love this supplement!

🦄💜ONE MONTH LATER💜🦄 I decided to post this for educational purposes for anyone that has tummy troubled ponies. After just one month of having Zara back from lease she’s almost back to her old self! I have Mad Barn to thank! •••••• Zara gets Mad Barn Visceral, Mad Barn W3 oil, Purina Sport XT and Beet pulp. Pleasant Ridge Saddlery sells both amazing products!

First of all, I couldn't be more pleased with the service MadBarn offers of analyzing my horse's diet and having a nutritionist review it. I took advantage of being able to speak to the nutritionist and it was very helpful. I was pleased that she did not try to get me to buy a whole bunch of products. AminoTrace+ was her suggestion and my mare has now been on it for six months. One particular, and unusual result was that her eye stopped tearing. The mare's left eye had been tearing moderately for about 5 years. Her tear ducts were flushed twice by my vet, with no change. One summer I kept her on an antihistamine for 5 months with no real change. My vet thought that perhaps she just has a bit smaller duct for that eye. Well, I am amazed to say that the tearing stopped not long after sta...

I have 4 horses that have been on this supplement for approx 2 maybe 3 months. Overall huge improvement in hoof quality. We live in Florida and it has been an extremely wet rainy season. Normally their feet would be falling apart and our oldest would have an abscess every other week it felt like.

I rarely write reviews, but this magnesium oxide has worked wonders for my guy. He was never really a spooky horse. But over the transition from last winter to spring, he came off of fresh grass pasture in Feb and went back on to lush spring grass in May, and he became nearly unridable during this time. He was looky, spooky and had great difficulty concentrating. We both took a hit on our confidence. From my past experience and knowledge on human physiology, I know magnesium plays a big role in nerve modulation, which helps with both brain function and muscle function. So I decided to trial Mg to give him some extra help (if that's the missing piece). Voila! My guy went back to the happy willing partner that he always had been after getting this product for a short 4 weeks. I played with t...

My horse had chronically inflamed jaw lymph nodes for years, probably from toxic grass which I didn't realize was toxic when I bought my property (it had been planted for horses). Jiangoulan (sp?) is the only thing that had any effect; within 20 days the nodes were no longer visible.
