So far good

My horse would not eat this supplement so I reduced the portion, started 1/4 then 1/2 sticking to 1/2 portion & he eats it with his a.m. feed mix. I cannot say if it is working well yet, but I think he is accustomed to it now.

I believe its helping to mellow out my gelding so he is not so reactive

The wine box container seems to work a bit better than the former soft bag with the pouring spout. Still some leakage however with the wine box valve, likely due to the density of the oil versus wine.

Horses seemed to adjust well to this feed and then one mare stopped eating it and then another mare refused to eat it. I had to switch them back to their old mineral. Unfortunatley was too late to cancel my last order so it will be fed to one horse until I run out and then will switch him back to the old mineral. The service was great until my mares said they didn't like it. Very expensive compared to my old mineral and I didn't see any improvement. My old mare lost weight this summer with this feeding program and since I went to my old method she has gained weight.

Great results. Will purchase again.

Love the product, horses are doing well on it. Absolutely hate the new box. The bag I could pour into a jug, this box takes forever to empty into a jug. If I try and dispense from box need a separate measuring cup, to ensure horses getting the right amount as opposed to a pump on a jug that dispenses a specific amount. Can't see the box uses much less plastic than the bag. I have been investigating an alternative oil, even though horses have been on this for a long time. That is how much I hate the new box.

The biggest problem that I am having with it is that the horses sometimes decide they will eat it and sometimes not. I think it is helping them but they have only been on it for a little over 6 weeks. They both have laminitis so I am hoping that the product will help them. Thanks.
