I am disappointed that the product is different from one bag to another. The previous order, my horses had difficulty accepting the new bag. They receive the product daily. This order, the product is very powdery. Once again, my horses don't like it! Disappointing lack of consistency.

When I inquired about the increase in price of Spirulina from the first purchase I made in early 2023 to the second one I made in March/April, an increase of 30%, the person who assisted me by phone was unable to explain the increase and I asked her to escalate the concern to a higher level. The product did not resolve the problem my horse was having. The salesperson was very friendly but I do not feel it was money well spent.

I have decided not to purchase the W-3 oil anymore based on the packaging as well as the product itself. Perhaps a pump delivery system would be better, this is just too difficult and spills easily. The oil itself is very sticky and hard to clean off surfaces. However, I must say your customer service at Mad Barn is terrific.

My picky Arab horse would not touch his feed if it contained even the smallest amount of this ...sadly
