I love Madbarn’s W3 oil so when I was reordering I decided to get the large 20L bucket. I missed that you have to add the pump when ordering so was confused when there didn’t seem to be one in the box. I contacted customer service and they were able to show me how to order one. I would give the oil 5 stars but removed one since the pump wasn’t included and because it tends to drip oil after each use. If there was a tap/nozzle similar to the boxes I think that might work better.

This product was great. The w3 however, was rancid and my mare wouldn't eat it. I submitted a complaint yesterday and hope to get this rectified
