When my senior gelding moved with me to an area with poor soil mineralization, I started him on Omneity pre-mix which was highly recommended by stable friends. As a super picky guy, he had to start on it with a tiny amount and work up to full dosage over a couple of weeks, mixed in with soaked hay cubes. Am very pleased with the results over the past few months - brighter eyes, shiny coat, thicker mane and tail growth, tighter hoof wall growth and overall hoof improvement. Mad Barn’s customer service is outstanding. Love reading and continuing to learn from all their educational articles. Would absolutely recommend contacting them to talk about any nutritional needs!

After trying two different antihistamines for my pony’s skin allergies I talked to one of Mad Barn’s nutrition experts and they recommend I start him on Spirulina and w-3 oil. The difference between these photos is 2 months. The antihistamines I got from the vet made my pony jumpy and irritable and didn’t stop him from itching the hair off of his face. I started noticing a difference after starting him on Spirulina within one month. His skin is completely back to normal, he itches less, and is his normal self again. 10/10 recommend!

After a round of prescription drugs and taking spirulina my horse with a cough did really well. He continued on the spirulina and the cough never came back.

So far the horses like it-- started the second bag this week so will see how things are soon I guess
