Purchase & delivery all handled well. I put a lot of faith in the product and realized I was wrong this week. I initialy thought the flaking on the front of my mare's hooves was just initial periople shedding, but it is evident there is something amiss because her outer hoof wall appears to be delaminating and crumbling. I have had to use Hoof Armor frequently to keep the crumbling minimized. She's had thin soles previously but her hoof walls were in good condition prior to starting Aminotrace + and the flaking and delaminating has subseqently developed.

My horse won’t eat it even if it’s masked in a bunch of soaked alfalfa and beet pulp. Not saying it’s a bad product but it smells bad and my horse won’t go near it.

My picky eater does not eat a full dose. Also, I think you changed you triaminos product slightly as the smell has changed and he will no longer eat it. I originally purchased 2 individual bags to make sure he liked it. Then I bought the larger container and the smell changed from the bags and now he does not like it. Consistency on small details like what affects smell is critical for picky eaters and overall quality.

I purchased this product because I really like the formulation. However my horse wouldn't eat it, and when I contacted Mad Barn, was told that this is a common problem with the product. It was suggested that I add molasses, which didn't help. Because I'm at a boarding facility, I'm having to pre-package my horse's supplements and introducing Amino Trace + a tiny bit at a time. After 2 months, my horse is still picking at his feed if it has more than a teaspoon worth of the product. Enhancing palatability of the product would be very helpful.

I'm new to buying this product, my horses like it; however the packaging is awful. I wasn't expecting a box with a bag in it. The spout that goes through the box wouldn't work, so I had to cut a hole in the bag--what a mess. I doubt I'll buy again simply because I prefer using a gallon jug with a pump per serving as other companies use. I do like the ingredients in it though, I'm sure my horse will do wonderfully on it.

It wasn’t a bad experience!! Lol. I am still figuring it out and won’t know until blood work is done again. BUT I do know my horse does not like the taste of the oil. It is hard to get that into her diet.

Nutritionist suggested cutting my horses feed drastically back with out asking for any background on the horses exercise requirements. Following their recommendation would havecaused serious weight-loss during crucial growth age.

Bonjour, je suis vraiment déçu depuis quelques temps de la texture de la vitamine B … cela fait plus de deux ans que je commande les produits Madbarn et je parle de vos produits à beaucoup de personne …. Depuis la recette changée, la poudre n’est plus de la poudre , elle est pleine d’humidité… c’est difficile de faire nos cup et nous avons des pertes ou nous en mettons plus que demander à cause des mottons … se serait dommage de devoir changer de produit puisque mes chevaux les aimes et moi de même… ne serait t’il pas possible de revenir à votre ancienne recette ?

When I started with you it was convenient 4L containers with handle very easy to pour. Then you changed to big envelopes but they too were easy to measure & pour. Your last containers (like cartons of 4L wine) are just horrible! Not ordering any more.
