Mad Barn has great service and my horse happily eats all the products I give him. This one has done him well so far!

The gelding with heaves has been putting on weight, but the mare with allergies was coughing a lot so I stopped the oil for awhile & may restart later with small amts. She may have a soy allergy, who knows.

I am being patient, almost 3 months and I’d estimate a 30% improvement. Tomorrow I will submit a fecal sample to my vet for lab analysis and go from there. I am disappointed, but I realize that not all treatments are effective for all horses. I would like to try a course of metronizadole, but my vet wants to make sure that there is something in her gut to warrant the use of an antibiotic. I will let you know the outcome. Not sure at this point that I will continue using Visceral for her.
